We started Tsukemen NOROSHI in 2007 in Kita-ku, Saitama City. The thick seafood and pork bone broth and homemade noodles made with domestic wheat (some of which are made with “Ocean” brand flour) are loved by local residents, and the restaurant has opened four branches under the NOROSHI brand (Omiya, Higashiomiya, and Urawa branches), and in 2020, opened Te-momi (Hand-kneaded) Chinese noodles Nakamura, bringing the total to five branches in Saitama Prefecture.
“Ocean” brand is strong flour. This flour contains a large amount of the wheat skin, and is characterized by its unique flavor and strong texture.
In addition to tsukemen, mazesoba and limited-edition menus are also popular, and our anniversary in December is an event that attracts more than 100 people in line. In order to impress our customers with our tsukemen and ramen, we place importance on “pursuing deliciousness,” “providing lively customer service with a spirit of hospitality, crisp behavior, and clear greetings,” “always keeping the restaurant clean,” and “making daily efforts to improve ourselves. We are also grateful to our customers in the community, and we are thankful to them for their support. We are also committed to creating a store that appreciates and is appreciated by local customers.
From May 2025, we have joined the create restaurants group and grow together with the people we work with so that even more customers can enjoy our famous tsukemen and ramen.
