In December 2025, Create Noodles inc. was formed through the merger of three companies: YUNARI Co., Ltd., which operates the brands “Tsukemen TETSU,” Tokyo tsukemen pioneer, Ichigen Food Company Co., Ltd., which operates the perpetually packed, ultra-popular “Ebisoba Ichigen” in Sapporo's Susukino district known for its rich sweet shrimp flavor, and Noroshi Co., Ltd., which operates “Noroshi,” a renowned shop in Saitama famous for its ultra-rich seafood-pork bone tsukemen.
